ELEA Director Boot Camp is an intense training for both new and seasoned early childhood directors (or directors in training) who are interested in building a network for yourself, developing new skills and strategies and re-inspiring your passion for your mission. We are exploring school tour options as an add-on for June 25th, please stay tuned for more info.
Our program will begin on June 23rd at 1:00 pm. There will be an early-bird welcome on June 22nd for those arriving early as well as an optional lunch on the 23rd. Our program will conclude on June 25th at 11:30 am. Please schedule travel accordingly. Part 2 will be held at the IGNITE Conference in Las Vegas, NV February 4th - 6th, 2020. By registering for this event you agree to commit to attending both portions of the Early Childhood Director Boot Camp training. This includes the June event, and pre-conference event as part of the ELEA National Administrator & Pastor Conference, IGNITE. You further commit to participate in a monthly conference and complete a project which you will determine, related to your position as director, following Part 1 of this training.
Your school or center MUST be a current member of ELEA in order for you to participate in this program.

Room rates have been secured at $105.00 per night which includes breakfast buffet.
For reservations please call 847-296-8866 and tell them you are with ELCA Boot Camp Meeting (we need to use the ELCA not ELEA when using the hotel). The rate is available for 2 days before and 3 days after the meeting for anyone wishing to stay and enjoy all Chicago has to offer.
ELEA Boot Camp Part 1 is offered at a rate of $495. This fee covers a multitude of engaging workshop offerings, several meals, and breaks as well as resources, panelist time and much more. Room rates have been secured at $105. Once participants are registered we will share the attendee list in case you would like to share a room. Cancellation Policy: cancellations made by May 15th can recieve a full refund minus $100 processing fee. Cancellations made after May 15th are not eligable for a refund.
