Event Description:

The ELEA Principals' Academy is designed to offer Elementary, Middle and High school Administrators, Principals and up and coming leaders, training and skills needed to face the challenges of the Lutheran schools they lead. There will be additional opportunities to network with peers in your field.  Topics to include:  facilitating/implementing change, staffing and observations, retention, recruiting and marketing.

Relax inside upscale accommodations during Boot Camp at the 3-star Radisson Hotel Chicago O’Hare. Its location provides convenient access and free shuttle to the O’Hare International Airport. Our program will begin on June 25th at 1:00pm. There will be an early bird welcome on June 24th for those arriving early as well as an optional lunch on the 25th.  Our program will conclude on June 27th at 11:30am.  
Part 2 will be in Minneapolis, MN February 28th - March 2nd 2018.

Through the generosity of Betsy Henderson, a long-time advocate for Lutheran schools, supporting funds have been provided through the Henderson Institute, by California Lutheran University’s Graduate School of Education, to assist you with a $100 rebate in Chicago and $100 more at IGNITE.  In addition you will also receive technology and resources from our other sponsors!   

Principals' Academy, part 1, is offered at a rate of $475.  This fee covers a multitude of engaging workshop offerings,  several meals and breaks as well as resources, mentor time and much more.   Room rates have been secured at $95/night which includes full breakfast buffet.  

Registration fees will be refunded if canceled prior to June 1, minus a $100 cancelation fee.
